KORA SENTINEL
Explainable physiological intelligence…
for people who work where help is far away.
Built around each individual, and around how the mission or the site actually runs.

WHAT THE PERSON WEARS
A wrist wearable.
Nothing to look at.
KORA Sentinel tells you exactly what's wrong and what to do about it.
KORA Sentinel is hardware agnostic. We provide the wrist wearables for each deployment and can work with other wearable manufacturers, including flight-certified hardware.
CONTEXT
Where the data comes from.
The person
Heart rate and HRV, SpO₂, respiration, skin temperature, activity, sleep
The environment
Temperature, humidity, wind chill, gas, noise, altitude; cabin CO₂ and pressure
Vehicles, equipment and suits
Telematics, cab and engine data, time in seat; suit telemetry and exercise logs
The operation
Control room or mission control feeds, shift and rotation schedules, task allocation, permits
Physiology on its own does not tell you much. The other three tell us whether this person is coping with this task in these conditions.
REPORTING
What KORA Sentinel reports.
NOMINAL
Within their normal range. Logged, nothing sent.
CAUTION
Drifting but recoverable. Supervisor and worker are both told the cause and what to do, while there is still time to act.
WITHDRAW
Worker pulled, control room paged, and a record written.
Nobody is taken off a job on one reading, and every threshold comes from published research.
RESEARCH
Built on science, not guesswork.
KORA Sentinel’s engine is built from peer-reviewed physiology and occupational-health research, validated by experts including our Chief Scientist Dr. Jennifer Fogarty. Each one carries its source. The system can learn how an individual responds over time, but it cannot override a published limit or contradict the science underneath it. That is what makes every decision explainable, and what makes it defensible in front of a regulator or a flight surgeon.
PRIVACY
Privacy and the person wearing it.
Privacy by design
Data is pseudonymised and encrypted. Supervisors see a flag and the reason, never a health record. Taking part is voluntary, and a worker can stop at any time without it affecting their job. KORA Sentinel is not a medical device and does not diagnose; anything clinical is routed to a clinician through a pathway agreed with your occupational health team or flight surgeon.
What they get
Access to their own data — sleep, recovery and strain, on and off rotation. Personal insight they can act on. The reason behind any decision that affects them. A visible sign that the organisation is investing in their wellbeing.
